[Resolved] Metropolitan Group Home Exteriors / took $24000 in insurance claim money
We hired Metropolitan Group Home Exteriors to repair our home. Mark was our rep. The assessed damage came out To $24000. We paid them and was told that our repairs would start the next day. Mark then told us it would happen in 48 hours. I called him after nothing happened and he didn't return my call. I called him two more times the following day in which he started to curse me out and hung up the phone. Our home is still damaged and we have no options to fix it.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

Another fake claim!
First of all, we've never had a sales person or an employee named Mark. Secondly, If we had collected $24, 000 from a customer and failed to do their job, the first place someone WITH A VALID COMPLAINT would post a complaint is the BBB and probably contact the police or FBI ?
TRUTH is, we have NEVER had a complaint from a real customer filed in 14 years let alone pocket money without doing the job.
Sites that do not verify the validity of a complaint shouldn't be trusted They do No FACT checking.
In fact ANYONE CAN POST ANYTHING ABOUT ANYONE ANONYMOUSLY WITHOUT RECOURSE!
This post is a fake claim probably from a competitor or perhaps one of the many companies offering to help us remove these derogatory posts for thousands of dollars!!
Nonetheless, very frustrating for legitimate businesses with stellar reputations!
