After a three day trial of the above site I cancelled my subscription within the designation trial period, on Nov 15th. I received an email to confirm it - and thought nothing more of it. I continued to receive emails from the site but assumed they were spam and did not open them. It now appears that one of those emails told me I had to re confirm my cancellation to them. I didn't open that email, because I assumed it was one of the many spam emails I was getting from them. Now they have taken a lot of money from my account. I am not well off and this is a big deal. Although I realise I should have opened the email from them, it was not easy to find the means to cancel my account, and there is no question that anyone who cancels in this way is seriously wanting to do so. My argument therefore is that this need to reconfirm is a piece of trickery aimed at professional like myself too busy to check what seems to be spam email.
Total rip off,the woman gets to the last message or 2 , and that's it ,£40 for a couple of tx,coplete scam,want a refund,but looked into the small print and u got to b on the website for 6 months,complete scam guys ,don't even bother

Further money being taken from my account but they don’t respond perhaps you might have more luck then me. I think there is a payment pending on my account which I should not pay. Please advise if you can help thank you
I signed up for MatureDating on 04/26/2022 and within a minute or 2 contacted customer service to cancel. They have charged my account every month since this initial date. Despite contacting customer service 5 different times. They have been a nightmare.
I signed up for a 3 day trial and got charged for that and an additional $22 which I don't know what it's for but I'm disputing that charge

I got a random $40 charge from this site and I've never been on it I want my money back and the man/woman using it banned or something
And loads of women from ghana contacting me your site isvfull of scamers
