Mansfield school of driving review: rude receptionist 1

Hello,  

I have a complaint against driving school of mansfield. The physical address of the place is 1219 e.Debbie ln #103, Mansfield,  tx, 76063. The complaint is against the receptionist/ the lady who seats at the front and does paper work and attends the phone calls.

She is very rude to most of the clients over there. My husband is enrolled in an adult driving  lessons over there and she  was so rude to us when we said driving class instead of driving lesson. She was also rude to us when we called the first time to find out about the information of the class and the timings. Answers were provided half and in rudely manner. While we were seated in the office, she was so rude to the other students too, one girl came and she quietly sat there since that lady was on the phone. Right when she got off the phone, she asked the girl "why r u here? Girl goes I m here for an observation, the lady rudely goes well then let someone know why u here, the girl goes u were on the phone and felt so insulted." That incident happened on the 07/09/2015 at 04:30 pm.

I would kindly appreciate  if you please please take some firm actions about this. I feel so humiliated by her at this time and I don't even like to bring my husband here. The only reason we are still coming here is because other driving school in arlington area did not have any adult instructor. Please I would appreciate  some firm action.
