Maisie Maven / steam hair iron

I have received a product that is not working. I e-mailed the customer support center and no one has contacted me in return. They are quick to send out alerts when the equipment is in the cart and finalized with a payment but do not respond when it is broken.

I want to return the steam iron that is no longer working and get one that does. What is the problem?
