M1 Fibre Broadband review: Poor Service / Lack of Training

I recently applied for M1 Fibre Broadband. The technician was supposed to come on a weekday between 9am to 1pm to install the router and ONT (I took off work to be at home), the person never showed at all. So I called up customer service and complained, their response was a million excuses. So they rescheduled for another day, this time between 1pm to 5pm. The person to install the fibre finally came at 5pm. What shocked me the most is that he had absolutely no clue about what he was doing. I let him try and set it up himself first, since it is HIS JOB. However he could not get the router to work. In the end I ended up setting up everything myself... using their router as a bridge so i could use my own router. The customer service told me I was unable to use my own router or unable to bridge my own through theirs... all utter rubbish, their technician and their customer service staff are poorly trained and have no clue. All it took was a simple search on hardwarezone forums to be able to find out how to configure everything myself. After all this they still charged me a service fee for "setting it up".
