I agreed to pay for shipping for a free sample. Have now been debited r1444.21.

I would like this amount reversed as soon as possible.

I cannot afford to pay this type of charges as I am a pensioner.

If this is not resolved immediately I will be going to the newspapers and media.

I feel that this is a scam and is totally unacceptable.

The bank told me that the only thing I can do is to block credit card and to order new credit card. so I did it but I have not taken my money back !be careful guys

Like the rest of the comments before mine I have been scammed out of $267.56 and still no product nearly 3 months later! Has anyone had a reply to their comments?

I couldn't agree more ! I too, signed up for the free trial, and was happy to pay for postage. I have received more of the products, both Lutrevia AND Oriante (which was also on a free trial). All of which I have returned. Thus far, I have been charged $673.60 for goods that I did not want and have returned. I also would like a phone number to contact.

Is anyone going to do anything about this scam?

Please help. I cannot afford all these charges to my credit card.

After 0rdering the free offer for face cream Lutrevia and wanting only the face cream I also received the Youth Serem.
On receiving my Visa card statement for 26th January/24 February there have been to entries for $145.10 $139.07
$147.37 $142.59 N.Z. Also offshore Service Margins for conversion to New Zealand from Australian Dollars.
Fitnsmndvntg.com and Helpdeskbmixs.com. total $588.48 N.Z. I regard this fraudulent scam. Require refund.
Who do I email for the refund.

Oriante & Lutrevia also to me it happened that I was charged for free of charge sample for EUR 96. The only thing you can do is to block credit card and to order new credit card

I too can add to the list of complaints. Same trick. Pay postage only and 4weeks later a debit of $131 from my account. While still recovering from the shock, the next day a further $123 was deducted. I've sent an email requesting a refund, but one week later, still no response. Will follow it up and make further demands and threats if necessary

Like the previous complaint, I fell I was tricked into this product by Coles. I was only asked to pay a on-of shipping cost. I did not order any more of this product. I received a package in the post with another bottle. I do not want this and what my money refunded. I would also like to get a phone number to personally ring the company to make an official complaint. Does anyone know of a contact number.

call - [protected]. You will get a customer service person who will be reading off a spiel - they take no responsibility and say that it was all in the fine print that we agreed to.. bla bla. good luck

I just called Oriante Lutrevia for a tracking number as still no delivery. They informed it could take up to 4 weeks depending on customs coming to Australia. I have to wait for delivery before I can return the product and get a refund. Meanwhile, the inconvenience, time, original postage and the cost of shipping to ship it back to the USA. never again will I fall for FREE products!

Same problem as above. Coles sent me a link on my mobile phone saying that my wife had won a free Lutrevia product. I went to the Coles website, filled out the details for delivery and was told that a postage delivery fee applied and to give credit card details, which I did. To date no product has been supplied. $4.96 was charged by RGPLUSSERVICES and then 2 weeks later a further $131.35. I am going to my bank tomorrow and discuss if I can get the fees reversed or need to have my credit card cancelled.

Same story with stupid me! Never again. Mine, however was associated with a story on Myer (part of the Coles Myer group) which implied that because Myer was closing some stores throughout the country, they were selling off heavily discounted products. Come in spinner!
Initial trial money withdrawn - no product. Next monthly payment taken - no product - I cancelled my card. I have read some real horror stories. I'm curious to know if the name on your bank statement of the recipient of funds is A-Zargan.Com 18600261453Gb by any chance. Please email me on genmhalsted@gmail.com

This is a scam. Do not get caught to try the product for free for 14 days. they get your credit card for the postage. NO product has been delivered so then you get charged for the full amount on your credit card. It has been 3 weeks and still no product received. they have already charged my credit card. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

My complaint is that I was tricked into buying your products by Coles Australia ! Paying $4.87 postage . Now they have debited me with $131.00 ? Please return this money as soon as possible ! I believe the Media should be informed straight away ! I have not used your products ! Nijole Kairaiitis
