Loral Langemeier False Earning Claims

Where to start!?... There is so much fraud & lies connected with Loral Langemeier that I will focus on just a few main points. This message is a little long but if you or anyone you know has been duped by this Lady please read and I hope that from what I share many of you will know what to do to get your money back.

Everything at that company is a scam and a lie that is used to get you to buy into a bigger lie and scam so that you will spend more money. They have the "2k scholarship program", 100k challenge, coaching, and now they lure people to get money through a company called seedcapital.com. The best are the live-events where they have fake people acting like clients claiming to be making money so that when the sales guys call you back to up-sell you, it's much easier to convince you to buy. Like the "3 Days to Cash" or "Make New Money" events.

The 1st step is to get you in their "FUNNEL". That can be by purchasing a book which is "FREE" plus shipping of course. LOL. Or you fill out information online so that they can contact you. You can also sign up for live events like 3 Days To Cash, Make New Money, Lorals Big Table, or Head Of The Table. Any of these methods allows you to enter into their sales funnel. Once in the funnel now they look at every which way possible to sell you.

Loral's all-time favorite is the "100k Challenge" which used to cost 5k then 6k and now its up to almost 9k. Here they promise to make you 100 thousand dollars of new money or your money back. They claim that to date no one has ever received their money back. That part is true because prior to joining the program you sign this ridiculous contract which is intended for you to fail. They know that no one will ever be able to follow through and therefore, no one can ever get their money back.

Loral loves the 100k challenge because its easy money. She doesn't have to spend a bunch of money on her staff because you are left to you own devices and of course no one is able to meet the requirements and she never has to give a dime of that money back.

The new big thing there right now is their "business funding". They partnered up with a company called seedcapital.com. Seed helps clients get 10's of thousands of dollars by having them sign up for numerous credit cards. Seedcapital.com has gotten very good at knowing how to fill out these credit card applications and what lies to put down so the client can get quick approvals. Then the client is up sold by Lorals sales guys. The best part of all of this is that the client is told that according to Federal guidelines they must commit to using 50% of the money that they receive from Seed Capital to invest with Loral because this is a business loan. If a client backs out after getting the funding the sales guys are then instructed to lie to the client and tell them that if they don't use the funds for the business then Seed Capital will come back and take all of the funding back. Which this is a COMPLETE LIE!

Also Loral has figured out a quick way to make an extra few thousand off each client by adding ridiculous fees on top of what Seed charges the client. If you don't believe me just go to seedcapital.com and apply for the funds without going through Loral and see what happens. Don't disclose what you know or that you are part of Loral's Scam. I was trying to get my refund back a few months ago and was told that I could not due to the fact that there was no money in her accounts to process my refund. Now does that sound like a wealth builder to you?

Loral Langemeier Scam

Way to good to be near the truth but I was drawn in.

This is not only a Scam but is now so well know to my bank that I was told that there was nothing they could do about and that my best bet was to order a new card and send a email to the company confirm my actions. Also, you still must call the number to cancel. I will say this much now that I now how she makes money I will never be a victim of this type of scam again. We have requested a meeting with our local radio station to make it clear that they are supporting a scam artist. I suggest everyone in their listening area do the same.

By the time each customer realizes the scam, they already pocket $200. With a radio station advertising, I am sure they get a lot of calls and making $200 per customer adds up very quickly. For those customers that dont check their credit card statements regularly, I feel sorry for them. They charged $127.00 just on the first month. How is this business getting away with this and nobody shuts them down?

Loral Langemeier Would not cancel my card but charged me when I received nothing

I was sent a free book and was told I needed credit card details I did not want the online course but was told I would be sent an email telling me about it and if I didn't want it there would be no charge. I never was sent an email and when I tried to make sure that I would not be charged for anything was given the run around on numbers put on hold forever and then finally charged $75 for something I didn't receive and never wanted. This is how she writes book on making money by scamming other people out of theirs. I think it is irresponsible of the TV talk shows and newspaper to endorse someone that is scamming their customers. This organization needs to be stopped and immediately. When I called again to cancel I was put on hold forever and finally screamed at and told I wouldn't be getting my money back that they illegally took from my bank account. I have had to cancel the credit cards in order to stop them.

The reason that Langemeier and her Criminal Enterprise is able to continue is that she has well paid lawyers to keep her just inside the bounds of the law. There are many instances that her band of con artists manipulate and bully people into silence and they do break the law. Unfortunately, the State Consumer Protection Offices look the other way and allow her to continue to run her scam. Dr. Phil is used in her advertisements to add credability to her criminal, unethical and immoral business activities. Langemeier counts on people giving up on getting back the money that she stole from them and going on with their lives. She was on the Seattle Radio Station KTTH, 770 this morning with her "free book" bait. Listening to her, I felt sick for the poor souls who will order her "free book" and then have their money stolen from their credit cards and bank accounts. Langemeier is a vampire of the worst kind! If enough people get educated about her tactics she will get closed down eventually. Thank You to those who commented here! Information is Power; keep warning others and the the best to you all!

Loral Langemeier unauthorised use of credit card account

I ordered a book from loral langemeier for 9.95 on how to become a millionaire(stupid me). I then received a book in the mail which was of no interest to me . I received a phone call from one of her sales people asking if i wanted to personally receive a conversation with Loral Langemeier and a personal trainer at a cost of 15000.00 dollars, i said no thanks. When i received the book it came attached with a notice that if i didnt phone and cancel within thirty days i would be charged a fee of 29 and some odd cents per month. Since i declined the sales presentation i thought that was the end of that, and my cancellation was apparent. A few days after receiving the book i received a box in the mail with some other material(books, binders, cd's etc.). I didnt even bother to read any of the material. I received a charge on my credit card statement for 76.77 from Loral Langemeier on Nov 29. I thought that must be for the material. I had my creit card number number changed because of other fraudulent charges not related to this and received an e-mail that they could not process an automatic payment of another 76.77 and to call immediately to resolve this matter. I called and was told i had not cancelled within thirty days and would be charged for the material. I said i would send it back and the rude operator said it was to late and the material would be sent back to me and charged i told her i was glad i had my credit card number changed she said that collection agency would be notified. I went on the internet to google Loral Langemeir about scams and there is a whole website with people complaining about the same thing that happened to me. Loral Langemeir was even on Dr. Phil and he ripped into her on what a scam artist she was. I sure hope you can help me i know i am out only 76.77 but others are out 15000.00. Sincerely Kent Kirkland my email address [protected]@aol.com

I am a huge fan of the Secret and naturally trusted their program for their affiliation with the movie The Secret. Loral Langemeier's company turns out to be a high pressure sales company that uses unethical practices to take money from clients. Unlike Podcast Paradise who prides itself on exceeding customer expectations with service and value, Loral Langemeier's program is the exact opposite. It is a take your money and provide you no value or service program.

Here is what happened. I found out about Loral Langemeier through your EOF podcast. I paid $3000 for the Live Out Loud Accelerated Business Course on December 20, 2014. In their contract and under U.S. consumer law, a consumer has three days to rescind and cancel in writing if a sale does not occur at the seller's place of business. On December 22, 2014, I cancelled. Six weeks went by without a response from Mr. Tim Roberts. I finally contacted Maureen at the billing department who sent me to Valerie who ended up sending me to Brandon Earl. Like a used car salesman, Brandon used high pressure sales techniques and made numerous promises with a promise also to put it in an email. Of course, I get none of it in an email and so I press them for a response.

Napoleon Hill says that success comes from rendering more value and service than you charge in price. I live my business by this philosophy, as does fire nation and EOF. Sadly, I must report that Loral Langemeier lives by the slam you into a deal and provide you with no value school of thought.

Please help by contacting Loral Langemeier and confronting them on this string of over-promises and under delivery of service. I have not been rendered any service and cancelled within two days of signing their contract. I have yet to receive my $3000 refund back and an obviously not happy about it.

I have read over a hundred complaint with other people with the same concerns of unauthorized billing, unethical sales practices using high pressure, and not getting refunds

Anyone who actually took her company up on their "CONSULTING" offer, please let me
know. I have my own business now, as a result of her free book and free CD I received
a couple of years ago. Someone called and made an offer of $1, 000 consulting fee to
"launch my new business". I've done most of the launching myself already.

I am adding my complaint about this "scam" of a company. I am a 64 yr old, living on a very fixed income. While listenting to a motivational program on the radio, I fell for the deception of buying a book for $9.95. I was supposed to read it, log onto a website to take part in some kind of money-making informational program and if I wasn't happy I should cancel within 30 days. As soon as I opened the box, something told me to just return it, which I did within 3 days of receiving it. Now two months later, I have had TWO amounts of $68.97 charged to my Discover card. I talked with an extremely rude person at this company...I'm still in tears. I can't tell you how I was talked down to and demoralized. He replayed the recorded message that they make when you call to order this scam of a program. Sure enough, there I was caught in the middle of a lot of double-talk, and falling for whatever it is they are promoting. Not until I received the box in the mail did I realize that this was not for me. Well, good luck trying to get out of this situation. Discover has credited one of the amounts and is filing an investigation. This very rude person was not in the least bit worried by the fact that I was going to report the company. He said, "go ahead and file your complaint, but THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS." What an awful way to do business and to take advantage of people. I'm warning everyone out there, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

Loral Langemeier was at the "Financial Empowerment Summit" I went to at Sheraton Gateway LAX hotel a few days ago. I listened to her nonsense babbling for one hour and couldn't stop laughing I swear.

She asked me to sign up for her "workshop" and I declined said "no I am busy". She said, "so you are too busy to make money?" hahaha I am a multimillionaire myself and I make money everyday. Funny that she felt entitled to tell me that. I then proceeded to humiliate her by telling her that I log 200k miles every year flying for international business. That woman knew the art of talk, but absolutely nothing about business. Sorry folks, you should have been more careful in the beginning.

Don't believe anyone who has been on the Foxnews (Fauxnews) is my sincere advice.

Loral Langemeier is a CROOK! They have been stealing money from our account for a few months now. My wife has been trying to get this stopped. She was told last month that they cancelled the service and there would not be anymore charges. They LIED! My wife called me in tears today saying that they had stolen more money from our account and that she couldn't do anything about it.
So far this free book has cost us a couple hundred dollars. We were lead to believe that the only charge we would have would be the shipping and handling cost for the book. NOW WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WE DIDN'T NOT ASK FOR AND DO NOT WANT! I guess forever unless we change our bank account.
I don't understand why this woman is not in prison!

Loral Langemeier HUGE ripoff - lost over 10K

TONS of people have lost lots of money with Loral Langemeier! Search blogs for Loral Langemeier and Premier Mentoring and you'll see people have lost between $4000 and $20, 000 or more on her wealth foundation program. Be grateful if you only lose less than $500, after that initial free book deal. Read more...

"Wealth Foundation" program : Premier used strong-arm sales techniques, got real nasty and personal, especially when we wanted to say no. My husband and I signed up, and were assured that we would indeed know how to show a return on this investment within 90 days. NO REFUNDS possible after 72 hours. The classes were an absolute joke, with some older absent minded lady who was reading info that could be had for free with any state's small business administration, and a couple of dry, outdated psychology lessons. We lost $11, 000... had no choice but to file Bankruptcy after Loral. They've PROFOUNDLY affected our lives and our child's future.

If I had to advise anybody on this, I'd say call your credit card company and report it lost - get a new one, and hang up if Loral or Premier Mentoring call with any "special invitations" to "change your life forever". I don't know if she still uses Premier or changed their name... This was two years ago for us, and we're still reeling from it, so I thought I'd post my experience on any appropriate venue.

I still can't believe that nobody has been able to put her behind bars yet. She pays for LOTS of legal protection. I'll bet she has to take meds to sever her conscience, and hire security for protection with all the money she has taken from people. I hope Karma knows what she has done to so many.

So she's a scammer? I saw her on YouTube and immediately raised an eyebrow so I Googled her. The results were very strange which just raised more flags, and so did the fact her WikiPedia page is so ridiculously short and brief, and doesn't even know what to put for her birth year (two years separated with a "/"). Anyway, I would never spend money learning how to make money -- that just seems insane to me. I would like to know if there's any trustworthy well to do people who are giving tips on YouTube. If they're making people pay, clearly they need money and don't actually have what they say they do.

I count myself lucky that I lost only $500.00 to this major scam artist Loral Langemeier. Her band of criminals that work for her are slick and manipulative. Loral Langemeier was on the Seattle Radio Station KTTH, 770 this morning touting her "free book." The book is the bait used to attract unwary people looking for information and advice on how to their improve financial conditions. I feel very sorry for those who lost thousands of dollars to the Langemeier scam. I must say that she is very slick and has trained her staff to use all kinds of psychological tactics on trusting souls. STAY AWAY FROM LANGEMEIER; she and all of her programs are nothing but well advertised and packaged cons and scams!

My husband received this book for free, thank goodness so we didnt get scammed with unauthorzied charges. We were on the phone yesterday with "jack" for over an hour discussing our hopes and dreams, our financial situation and our line of credit blah blah blah. I will admit tho when my husband and I discussed this book I was somewhat positive and felt really good about our future using this program. Anyway! while talking to "jack" he informed us he would recommend us to the "senior director" for our next interview and then he will determine "if" we qualify. Now what he really meant to say was depending on your credit line and cash availablility we can determine how much we can bank off of you. "R.D Woodland" was to contact us today for our "interview". Well after getting off the phone with "jack" we wanted to check out Loral langemeiers" website to see if we can find how much this "tuition" is gonna cost since jack couldnt give us that information but did state its expensive. We did inform Jack that we are no way in a situtation to pay anything upfront (we're leary peeps) Ok! now a red flag began to wave while thinking about our previous phone call. For ex: why do they want to know our available line of credit and savings? OR Jack telling us to let the "senior director" know that we are REALLY interested in this program and are ready to commit NOW (like we should beg?) AND jacks voice deflating when he learned what little line of credit we had remaining. OR when he seemed excited to learn of our savings. Hmmm!
So while typing in Loral Langemeier in google i was stunned to find all these scam complaints and reviews, but relieved that we had not fallen prey to these vultures. This parasite, lora langemeier scams thousands of dollars from average hardworking people to feed her wealthy lifestyle. Reading these posts from other people that fell victim has saved my family thousands. But then again I am a pretty skeptical person when it comes to my money. Im just sorry to hear about all the other people who werent so lucky. One other thing I want to mention. While reading close to 100 complaints about this scam, I am not hestitant at all about the accuracy of the posts because they match all the crap lora langemeiers sales folks were telling us.
Wishing you guys a well

Yes I'm a dumb a** as well what a joke this organization is. They stole $14, 000 from us and we filed a complaiant with Utah Attornery General and the Utah BBB, what an absolut joke, since I live in Colorado we could not find anyone to take the case. My credit card company said I could not challange the case because of the 72hr rule in the contract. I had to pay my debt as well, no help. This Premier Mentoring and Lorel Langmeier are absolulte criminals and I really don't understand how they can get away with this and sleep at night, I guess they call this White Collar Crime so it's okay to rip people off. This for us was about 2 years ago, and we have really never recovered. Between Stock Brokers and These people I'll will be working forever, I'm a big boy and I'm the Idoit who let this happen., it's just too bad we can't seem do touch these people, they seem to be above the law. The Attorney's want more money to go after them and I just don't have anymore to give to anyone. I just would like anyone too see this that LOREL LANGMEIER and all her little piece of crap staff are nothing more than common criminals and the State of Utah knows it, and habors them just like the Poligimists who reside in the not so great state of Utah.

Loral Langemeier's company continues to take money from my credit card account, even though I returned the product to them and asked them to stop taking my money. Is that legal? Can they make withdrawals from my credit card account against my will? Is there any way I can put a stop to this? What are my rights? Please help!

Yes, you can stop them. Just call your bank, the customer service phone line number that you have on the back of your card, have your card blocked and request a replacement card. The new card will have a different number and nobody will be able to place a charge on your credit card unless you provide them the new card number. Also ask to the customer service agent that had your card blocked to speak with a disput specialist and dispute the charge stating you were victim of SCAM.

Loral Langemeier Unauthorized charges

Back in October I was given the hard sell when asking for the free book. I did say I would take the materials for the $69.95 per month for 5 months. I did see the $69.95 out each month but didn't really notice the $29.95 going out also. I was never asked if I wanted anything having to do with the $29.95 and just realized it was coming from the same company.

I have gone back through and I was supposed to have free shipping which I see now that they charged my card $9.95., I have been charged 5 months the $69.95 and also the $29.95 and this month I got hit with 2 $29.95 with a name change to wealth management.

I am not sure how to fight this but come Monday there will be some hell to pay.

They did the same thing to me, they promise not to charge the first 30 days, but unless you call them you will be charged $29.95 per month. They recorded the first conversation and when I called to complain about the charge they played the recording and I even said in the conversation that I do not want to be charged for any additional fees. They promised and still I am fighting with this guy on the phone about the charge. Guess I know how Loral makes her Millions by screwing everyone a month at a time for $29 + other charges.
Sounds like a good case for the attorney general to review.

Loral Langemeier they won't cancel the order

I change my mind about the free information that I had to pay $9.95 for . I called back in the first 15 mins.to cancel but was giving another phone no. to call. When I called that number a woman named Shannon said that she couldn't help me at this time but to call back tomorrow at 4:30. I did and a man ( who said he was the night manager) said that Shannon had already went home for the day. I talked to him about canceling the order and he said that was not possible and Shannon didn't said that I could cancel. He was rude and said that I was not telling the truth. I called the next day and got a hold of Shannon and her story this time is that it had already been shipped and was too late.

Just spent an hour getting the customer 'service' rep to finally cancel my account and give me a confirmation number before I was charged. I just kept on telling him to cancel it - he used every trick in the book. I have yet to be charged - I hope I am not!

I just called TODAY 03/02/2011 at 1:45PM for the free book and received an order number. I made sure that the rep know that I was only interested in getting the free book for the charge of $9.95 and NOTHING ELSE. Her name is Kelsey. I wished I had done my research before stupidly calling in after listening to a legitimate news radio talk show 650 AM [HOUSTON]. Now I am realizing my mistake after reading so many complaints online. I don't have time for this and to go through all the trouble with their customer service. I'm afraid I just signed my "verbal electronic" death wish to the DEVIL... I called back literally 15 minutes later and talked to Catherine. She could not locate me in the system because it was still processing and I needed to call back within 24-48 hours. I told her I had the order number and she said there is no way for her to look me up either. WARNING FLAG. Please if anyone has any advise whatsoever, please let me know how I can cancel this! I've read MANY horrible experiences and terribly scared right now.
If you are reading this Loral, you should be ashamed of yourself and I hope your children will see the type of person you are and how many lives you have ruined!

So, I guess everyone who speaks with the Reps who takes calls for Ms. Langemier are all liars. I am so furious. I am crazy. The rep never said anything about a call to cancel within 30 days. Well, especially when you are telling him that u can't afford any extra charges due to unemployment. But according to them you agreed anyway, and never mentioned that you did say over and over again that you can't afford the extra charge. And to go back and listen to a tape that took place more than 30 days ago. Hello, with today's technology, you can add anything. Is Ms. Langemeier so important that she can't respond to emails or calls? I hope she as well as her staff who backs her to high heavens sleep well at night.

I cant say that it is a scam neither she is fraud. Loral’s books were just amazing. It was a good read as a starter book to get your entrepreneurial juices flowing.

On 1 Dec. 2009 I ordered the "free book" from Loral Langemeier. I called them back a few days later and told them I was not interested in the 30 day free trial of their services. Finally, on Dec. 31 -- well under the 30 days I called to cancel. I got an automated menu to cancel. I submitted my info.

Well, last week I checked my bank acct and i was charged $71.59! I called the billing dept. to see why. I spoke with some idiot named "Darwin" ext. 303. He was rude and told me they had no record of my canceling the order. I told him I did cancel. We went around and around. I told him to credit my bank acct #. He refused. I asked him what his last name was. He refused to furnish it due to "security reasons." I asked to speak with his supervisor. Her name was "Jessica" ext. 313. Same shtick. Rude. Wouldn't believe that I canceled. She said that Loral Langemeier has an "A" rating through the BBB! Yeah, right.

Anyway, she HUNG UP ON ME!

Very suspicious that if you're a bona fide employee company representing Loral Langemeier that you refuse to disclose your last name.

I am so furious at this organization named "Loral Langemeier." I look forward to using the book to start my next campfire. I'm going to pass on negative feedback to anyone I know against this organization. They obviously do not care for the customer.

This organization is a fraud.

Your question: Are there others that have been ripped off this way?

Response: TONS of others! For much more $$ Search blogs for Loral Langemeier and Premier Mentoring and you'll see people have lost between $4000 and $20, 000 or more on her wealth foundation program. Be grateful if you only lost less than $500.

I've emailed Dr. Phil too and told him to stop promoting this - to research how many people's financial lives have been destroyed by this horrible choice. They use strong-arm sales techniques, get nasty and everything. My husband and I signed up, and were assured that we would indeed show a return on this investment within 90 days. The classes were an absolute joke, we lost $11, 000... had no choice but to file Bankruptcy after Loral. They've PROFOUNDLY affected our lives and our future.

Run away from them as fast as you can. Hang up if they call with any "invitations".

In Feb of this year I hear Loral on the radio and phoned in to buy her book for 9.95. I did not know that I was soon going to be charged for 29.95 each month after the purchase. I dont have a number to call and file a complaint. Today I am calling my bank and making sure they put Loral as a "not authorized collection". I am also thinking about charging her company with theft.
Are there any others that have been ripped off in this way?

I usually check things out before I buy them but I listened to the radio and figured I would get the book and pay for shipping since she was on talk shows and the news. After I placed the order, they did not give me an order # which I found odd. So I felt uneasy about this, I researched loral langemeier and found bad reports such as these. Since I was in "verbal" agreement I have to pay the 9.95. I placed my order on the weekend and was told have to wait until "Monday" to speak with customer service, a different dept than the order one and cancel first thing in the morning. I spoke with the FTC and my State's district attorney office prior to UT cust. center opening. I have gotten the run around also, about how my order is not in the system and it is a small window of when they get it and ship it out that I might not be able to cancel it due to the small window. This floor superviser had the nerve to say "why did you buy from us if you were going to cancel." I went off. Anyway, she is suppose to email me saying she will cancel my order and I "should" get this in 24 hours and call back if I do not get that email. I called back and asked for "Pam" the superviser and placed on hold then it just cycled to a menu option. The Attorney General said they are not doing anything "wrong" as far as the law, they said it is the consumer's responsibility to find out about the product they are buying, legimatcy etc etc. If I do not get anything in writing they will send me then product then I have the "30 day" return ordeal to go through. The Attorney General office did say IF they charge my card after I sent back the package within the guidlelines (xerox everything and have proof of shipment) then they are in the wrong for contacting me and charging my card. If they do contact me, I was adivsed to write them a letter with my enclosed evidence and instruct to not contact me any further. IF they do then I will make a claim with the State General office, they will pursue the company and let me know the results. Hopefully, this will help someone. If things get ugly with the "30 day" trial and me returning it, I will report them to the BBB and contact Dr. Phil's site to let him know about not getting financial advice from Loral Langemeier and having Americans/consumers feel comfortable with her. They are banking on people not returning it within 30 days, then they legally are entitled to your money, because they made it clear and they are banking on people getting scared on their "debt collection" letters and ruining your credit. Hopefully this helps.
