This company has the worst customer service, I placed an order online on 11/26 the jeans were a tad small and you cant exchange by mail so I went in-store on 12/1 they didn't have my size and she said she couldn't just exchange my order so I would have to be refunded for my online order which takes 7-10 days and purchase another pair of jeans, as soon as I left the store I got an email saying my second order I just placed was cancelled and the pending charge will drop off my account in 7-10 days, on 12/3 I received 1 refund but the pending charge never dropped off it actually went though, after many hours and conversations with different managers who assured me I would receive a refund in 7-10 days and they would submit a "level 2 tier ticket" (which they never did) 18 days went by and no refund, I called back and asked to speak to a manager she said I need to call her back with my bank on the line so my bank can tell her the pending charge never dropped off and and it was actually taken out of my account so, finally after getting my bank and the manager on the line together the manager told my bank to dispute the charge because they are showing nothing on their end and will not refund me. I will never purchase anything from levis again.
