On 12 January 2021 I saw an Advertisement on Face Book for skin care products stating a "closing down offer Pay for the shipping only"
When I entered my banking details there was no indication of amount to be deducted from my account. The next moment the amount of R1754.12 was deducted from my bank account.
I sent an email on their site immediately to ask for cancellation of the deal and requested them to pay back my money Which never happened
I have NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT from them either.

face cream. unauthorized credit card charges,unethical behaviour
I had 2 unauthorized credit card charges one for 127.60 and one for 167.00, i would like my money back asap. I thought i was purchasing a face cream that was on the tv show the shark tank. This was suppose to be a free sample jar at the cost of $8.95 which was for postage to my home address. I feel very upset as i can not afford to be taken advantage of as i am currently not working. I never by anything on line this was my 1st time and i can not believe this is the outcome. Never again it seems you just can not trust anyone at all, please get me a refund. This all happened on the 3rd February 2021 at 16.25pm.I have received nothing from this company.

unauthorized credit card charges
An amount of R1455.64 ($101) was taken from my bank account on the 8th January 2020. Prior to this a smaller amount was deducted as well which I did notice as the amount was small. These were both unauthorized payments and I still do not know what it was for. Clearly a case of fraud and I would really like my money back. I have had to cancel my credit card too. I did not order any products at all!
I received a nitification from my bank with an amount of R1771.76 today at 14h28. This is an unauthorized payment and it does not even specify what I have ordered. This is fraud.

I have been charged $167.25 from this company for a product I never ordered, why is this coming up on my statement? I'm not rich and need that money to get me through the week, is there any chance this transaction can be reversed back into my account? This is robbery and I never gave permission for this transaction to be processed
What a disgrace. Can't you call your credit card company and tell them you have unauthorized charges on your card? They should take it off. That's how it is done here in the US anyway.
I also have been charged for something I haven't bought anything from this site. I did a survey and was offered a free gift but need to shoulder the shipping fee. My only transaction with this company is the shipping fee. But then after a few weeks, I am being charged with P5, 100.92 for something I didn't ordered and without my authority. Kindly reverse my charges. This is a scam. This product & the company are scammers.

They charged my credit card usd 103.9 x2 without my approval. I purchase 1 bottle only usd 4.31, then they simply deduct another withdrawal without my permission. Give me back my money.

Yes! This promo is a faux and intends to get money from innocent people. Making them believe that such was just a form of survey to validate the effectiveness of a certain product and such product will be given for free. A minimal fee for delivery was asked and was charged against my credit card, but several days after, 2 separate charges were sent to me by Lesunecs, both at more than PhP5, 00.00 each. I am planning to contact my bank regarding this matter as it stresses me so much! I hate these people...
I have purchase anti ageing cream once, but you have made 2 separate withdrawals from my account without my approval. The first one was last February 1, 2019 for P1, 145.71 and the most recent was today February 15, 2019 for P5, 478.78. I already reported this to my bank and to the authorities. If you will not give back the money or reverse the charges, there is just be one place you'll end up to, jail.
