Layla Grayce / the worst customer service i've ever experienced

They back ordered an item that was initially in stock, the website clearly showed that. I ordered it, paid for it and got an email to confirm my order. Did everything needed and got nothing instead.
They sent me an email saying that the item was back ordered due its unavailability on the website. How come it was out of stock but you took my money anyway?
Contacted their support to hear they can't cancel the order because it was already in the system. God, what a stupid excuse not to refund the money.
So it's been a month and nothing has changed. Hard to get in touch with the customer service, their replies are always blurred and not helpful. Thank you for treating your customers like garbage, Layla Grayce.
