I have a complaint. My mother is very old and sick. She's been buying from this store for over 40 years. She recently ordered 20 items online, which normally she goes to the store. Unfortunately most did not fit. She returned them to the Mount Juliet TN store. The ladies name was Lindsey. She was very rude and disrespectful to my mother. First thing said was, "That's not a Lane Bryant bag, is it". Mom said no sry it wouldn't all fit in bag. Mom said I ordered these online and so many don't fit. Lindsey said well maybe u need to stop ordering a size 22 & 24. Mom replied I'm very sick, I've lost 20 pounds in one month and doctors don't know why. Then Lindsey said, stop ordering online because now my store for today will be in the negative. Mom said but it says online we can order and bring back to any store if it don't fit. Lindsey said, well u can, but now it screws my store. Lindsey said, "So let me guess, u want ur money back?" Mom said no, just a credit and when I'm not so sick I will come back to shop. So, u Lane Bryant needs to reach this lady and speak with her. She does not need to be in the clothing line of sales. Lane Bryant is an excellent store, so I would think u would want wonderful and sweet staff, to make the customers come back. Maybe not tho. Mom has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at y'all's store. She also has never had an issue returning anything. I sure hope u take care of this. Mom's name... Linda E.     OMG!!! I hate to hear this...What is wrong with this LINDSEY?? I am so sorry to hear this happened to your mother and I hope and pray she gets well soon!! On the other hand, If I worked at that store I would go out of my way to make this right for your mother being a great customer and all...make the wrong a right...I sure hope you hear from them to resolve this issue...Good luck
