I sent an invention idea, $199, and my confidence to Lambert Inventions on June 2, 2011. What I have gotten back so far is no information and a mean, aggressive secretarial lady on the other side of the phone line. I have simply called to check on the status of my idea, since it has been 4 weeks and 5 days. Oh wait, they forbid you to call at all unless it has been passed 5 weeks of submission. Just because of a simple inquiry 2 days before the 5 week mark, the lady answering the phones was very arrogant, abrupt, and rude. Her attitude, I'm sure reflects the company. BBB might have accredited them as a business with an A, but they get an F for Common decency.

    I called and Katelynne seemed very nice. I think they're in new headquarters now.
