Hi there my name is Litiana Tabua, I've received my Kogan purchase via Toll 11/9/2018. Consignment number #[protected]. Being 1 day late for its due delivery ive since called Toll to ask where my delivery was and why it is late, they had replied that they didn't know and that it would be under investigation, that i would a call in the morning. Since than i had not recieved any call but the delivery did come after lunch 11/9/2018.
I've since opened the package to find that not only the box was damaged but the screen of the tv was completely smashed specifically in one certain spot and right down the middle of the television. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to reach there complaints team and finally got through i am awaiting there response as to why my item was delivered damaged and no further follow up with them. Im very annoyed as ive taken 1 day off work on monday to wait for the tv that never arrived and than again today. Its not acceptable.
My issue is not with Kogan itself but i have purchased this product through you and this is your preference of delivery type. I am a loyal customer of yours most of my products that i use are by Kogan. I want to know what happens from here as my package was never delivered to my expectations and i do not want to pay for something that doesn't work or that is broken before it reaches me. I have also not receieved any follow up from Toll which is ridiculous please contact me back via Email or Mobile number to discuss this matter further. Thanks
