I have been calling to cancel my service. Their prices are twice that of my local provider. I ended up with a large balloon payment. I am unable to reach anyone by phone. When I call the customer service number for my region at [protected] the prompts tell you to push 1 for English and then 1 again if I am calling from the phone number on my account. The call goes into dead space, no response, no music, nothing. I have called multiple times with the same result. I even tried calling the Pennsylvania customer service number [protected] with the same result.
I tried calling the new service line [protected] and when asked if you are a current customer the prompts take me back to the same dead end as above.
I cannot reenroll with my local provider until I cancel my service with Just Energy. Please help. Julie Lewis [protected]
