[Resolved] Juice Plus / money taken out of my account without my consent
Back on the 7th July 2017, I cancelled an order with Juiceplus as I had got diarrhoea from the product booster complete.
I sent an email and got an email soon after say thanks for your email. Your order is now cancelled. Nothing else was said in the email
Presently I am having money worries and I was going through my bank acc
Juice Plus have continued to take money out of my account, July and August.
25.25 euro. When I spoke to the representative about this she said did you return the booster sachets that you did not use>>?? First of all I thought I only had received one months supple, (based on using 3 sachets a day) and I said to her no one told me back in early july that I HAD TO RETURN ANYTHING?
I still have sachets here that I have not used 'somewhere' in the house.
Please refund my money please. I cancelled this order on the 7th July. Why wasn't I told to return sachets? why wasn't I sent a refund sticker?
why wasn't it mentioned to me on the cancellation invoice that I had to return stuff? invoice number 85528* EIR . When someone cancels an order what is the process. I didn't get this but yet you continued to take money out of my account. I would really like some advice and a refund
