Purchased a car from J&S Auto Haus in Ewing, NJ in 2007. They told me the car came with the original Lexus Warranty, which later I fund out it didn't. I also gave them $4, 000 down payment and they told me the car was $20, 295. Dominick asked me to come in I financed through Chase Bank, he gave me the phone to speak with them so they can go over info with me, He gave me a piece of paper to give them numbers. I asked him why that wasn't the correct numbers, he sd just tell them this for there end. Well come to find out, now, I call the finance company wondering why my finance amount has never dropped in 2 yrs, they told me that I financed $20, 295 with no payment down and a high interest rate. I sd but I put 4, 000 down, it shouldn't still show no $20, 000. They sd It doesn't show in their records I put anything down. And asked me did I get my car from J&S, then informed me alot of there customers been calling them with the same thing who purschased cars from there. They also sd that he charged us way over book value for the car and I should look into the false documents. I went there to confront J&S, and the guy named Rammy sd Chase lied to me so I sd I would call them to talk to him and he screamed for me to get out his face, very unprofessional. My cousin also bought her car the same time I did, and she finances through TD Bank which also told her that the $6000 she put down is not shown on her paperwork, what can we do?

This complaint was not resolved, in fact it has gotten worse. After 4 months I finally received salvage title. Emaud from J&S Autohaus assured me time and time again that it would not prohibit me from registering the car in Pennsylvania. He said it would be an easy process. When I took the car for inspection, it failed because of frame damage so I could not register the car and get a new license plate. Their was no indication in the way the car drove. When I reached out to Emaud from J&S Autohaus, he basically said, too bad. What do I do now?

I was looking to buy a car at J&S. I went to look at the car and they told me that it was just inspected by Princeton Land Rover. They told me to take it to Princeton Land Rover to verify that they inspected it. I took the car over to Princeton Land Rover and they said it wasn't true. They haven't seen that particular vehicle in over a year., I paid $155 to have the car inspected. I came in to j&S to sign the paperwork for the vehicle financing and I got into an argument with the owner because they were raising the purchase price of the vehicle to make up for the amount of money that the auto financer was charging them . I complained about it and they got mad at me because they said I told the auto financer about it and they were not legally allowed to do that. I told them I'll come back the next morning to buy the car. When I came back, they said it was already sold. The car was kept listed online. I asked someone to call them to verify if that particular car was still for sale, and they they said yes. I called and asked them if I can come in and buy and it said its already sold. I had someone call them again because it was still listed online, verified its the same car and she was told its still on sale, I called again, they said it was still for sale but somebody was in there with cash in hands to buy the car right now. Basically, they made me pay for an inspection to a vehicle which they didn't intend to sell to me because the owner thought I ratted him out for doing illegal things. The owner didn't want to sell me the vehicle because he said I ratted him out for doing illegal lending and breaking the laws on auto financing but I did not tell anybody that he was doing that.
