Used site and a one-time purchase. Since found two withdrawals from checking account causing overdrafts. I gave no authorization.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have the same problem currently. Did you get this worked out with the bank? I just went in today and signed an affidavit to contest the 19.95 charge, and am writing an E-mail to Intelius asking what and why this charge was UNKNOWINGLY performed. I am a resident of MI and like many, am currently unemployed, giving me no way to pay the couple hundred dollar overdraft fee I have racked up because of this. Thank goodness my bank is understanding, and worked with me as well as they have. I'm already too far in debt, with just enough cash to pay my rent and bills, barely able to keep myself fed, I don't know what I'm going to do if this transaction does not get cleared.
