No services rendered, ruined credit
Where do I start. First my wife and I were going to get a bigger boat so we decided to sell our small boat and our RV then puchase a larger boat utilizing the funds gained from the sell of our other two units. OK, so International sold the small boat and the RV then took a 8800.00 deposit from us for the large boat they had listed on their web sight. They new proud owners came by and picked up our stuff, faithfully mailed their payments every month to International who pocketed the money and didnt pay a dime toward the notes. Both units were reposses leaving the pround new owners out of their deposits and their possessions and stuck me with a balance of 50, 000 dollars worth of repossed items. But wait, theres more. Now the boat they were going to sell me fell through so I asked to get my deposit back... Guess what, that was a year ago. I have been through the attorney generals office in Texas and MI. I have been through the BBB in both states. Still no money, my credit is ruined, and they continue to operate. What is up with that? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU BROKEN HEARTED AND BROKE.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS AND CHUCK AND NATHAN ARE THE BEST OF THE FRAUDS. PLEASE, TAKE IT FROM US, THEY ARE FRAUDS FROM THE WORD GO! DO NOT SIGN THEIR BOGUS CONTRACT. TRUST US..THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD A BUYER FOR OUR TRUCK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2008 AND THEY PICKED THE TRUCK UP SEPTEMBER 24, 2008 AND GUESS WHAT? TRY TO GET ANY PAYMENT FROM THEM. YOU CONTINUALLY GET THE RUN AROUND AND CHUCK'S ONLY EXCXUSE IS, "IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM, IT'S YOURS"! Chuck and Nathan told us they had a buyer for our truck this past September 2008. They picked the truck up and we still have no payments. Chuck and Nathan LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL from anyone they can. They will not answer the phones, return calls or emails and they are pieces of ###! The attorney general in Wicsonsin and Michigan are collecting information on them.
Chuck and Nathan think they are doing no wrong. They are FRAUDS! and they didn't like it when our attorney called them FRAUDS! They HUNG UP! YES< GROWN MEN...HUNG UP! Well, little do they know, the time is coming...We would like everyone to beware that they change the name of the company as well. If you want proof, just call your banks and give them the name and addess of International Marine and Auto Investments...FRAUDS! and they will also tell you that there are MANY MANY businesses ran out of their building. They are also FRAUDS! And in case you are reading this Chuck? We are NOT your mad ex employees...you'll have to use THAT excuse on someone else. He who laughs first, laughs last, Chucky Boy! Your time is right around the corner and you don't even see it. FRAUD...FRAUD...FRAUD.
Oh, by the way, his name is Chuck Gebell and his nitwit peabrain sidekick is Nathan Michels. Go ahead...Google 'em! I hope all these posts follow your "integrity" everywhere you go. Wait until you see the newspaper articles that will be coming to your area soon!

Fraud
It is now clear to me that this outfit has no intention of returning my "good faith" deposit. I am submitting a complaint to the Attorney General for the State of Michigan and probably filing a claim in court. Does anyone know the last name of the owner of this scam company? Everyone who has been ripped off by this guy, Chuck Gebell, should get together and act against him and his shell companies AS A GROUP. I am willing. Anyone else? STOP COMPLAINING and let's go after this guy. He is a THIEF and a LIAR.

Chuck had my vehicle returned to him through a defaulted buyer. He put someone else in the vehicle without me signing a new agreement. My vehicle was then impunded due to an unlicensed driver. I was never told this fact until after my vehicle was sold at an auction. I need any and all assistance I can get to get this piece of crap cchuck to pay me the $12500 he owes me and money to replace the vehicle that I am still currently paying for. ** Since this post Chuck has contacted me and stated that this was not his problem! He has cursed and threatened me, even to the point of saying he will file a lawsuit against ME! If anyone considering doing business with these people I urge you to find another business to handle your needs. This company is a coplete fruad. I gave them 3000.00 as a downpayment on a boat that does not exsist. My sales person Gerald Piku is a fraud... Chooch or chuck will not return phone calls, emails registered letters or faxes for over 5 months now. I am filing fruad charges against them.THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I think his name is Chuck Cabella. This operation is a joke. Their supposed finance company, Great Oaks Asset Management Company is more of a joke. I have had to plead with them every month for over 2 years to pay me the payment they owe me. As of now, they owe me over $1, 200. Anyone even thinking about using this joke of an outfit should STOP NOW before they make a BIG MISTAKE!
