I was Scammed ! They put false sticker on the box, leading me to believe that the sicker was the retail price. Which in fact that was not true and charged me three times the amount of retail.

I returned to the store the very next day to return everything I purchase at the store. I told them that I check on line and sow that the retail price was three timeless the amount that they had put on the box sticker. I even Scan the label on the back of the sick. the amount scan $399.00 they had a sticker amount to 1, 399.99. They sold this one merchandise to me for half that amount. I went in person and told them I want my money back and wish to return everything I purchase at their store. They told me they had a no return policy!
I told them that I would report this to my American Express card. They told me that they did not care. I told them they lie to me and took advantage of me because I was a senior citizen. They did not care about anything they did. They are doing this to tourists every day. I cannot believe our county could be doing this to me as well our tourist that come to Sawgrass to shop! Most tourist do not find out what has happen to them until they go back to their county. See links ----So Scamming is legal in Fl.

I agree with everyone. I was also a victim of those crooks. This store is [censor] and I don’t understand why USA can allow this to go on. In 2012 I bought an iPhone 5 and a video camera at this joint and they cheated me the same way of these reports. I tried in vain to have my refund and I pray for God they failure and stop cheating people.

I went in to purchase a digital camera. Upon their selection, I chose a camera which I found of good quality but the price was $600. I was hesitating until the salesperson told me that he would make an effort and sell it to me for $550. I agreed . Before leaving the store, I told the salesperson that if I found the same item cheaper somewhere else, I would return it.
He said nothing and I went home.
The next day, out of curiosity I checked the similar item online and was in shock when I saw the same exact item selling for $279.
I decided to go back to the store to return the item.
Once there I was told that they do not refund but exchange only.
I insisted but the manager never once tried to refund this item, leaning heavily on the small sign that no one can see, unless pointed at, which shows " No refund, exchanges only". Instead he gave me a pair of binoculars which I don't need trying to calm me down. When I questioned the salesperson about the fact that he did not warn me about their "No refund" practice, he said, "Oh yes, I heard you when you left the store" But still no one said anything about not being able to return items the next day.
I went online to see the reviews on that store and unilaterally people are disappointed and always for the same reason. They overcharge their customers and to make matters worse, they decline refunds.
I feel that I have been abused

Hi, i just made the same mistake today, shopping at International electronics superstore in sawgrass Mills. I bought a Garmin Navu 56lm gps for 390 usd. I then realized that the normal retail price is about 139 usd. I went back to the store about 1 hour after i bought the gps and confronted the sales men. I once again convinced me that I made a good deal. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING from them! I think it´s the only shop in Sawgrass Mills that refuses refunds.

These are thieves. We paid $5000.00 for goods at this store and when I looked up the real prices on line, it should have been only $3, 242.94. I overpaid $1, 815.01. This is the biggest fraud ever. I wish I had checked their reputation first.

Ladrones!
Visitors beware of the people of the international electronics superstore. They put very high prices on articles. DON' T BUY ANYTHING!
Es una verguenza que permitan estafar principalmente a los turistas de esta manera.
They are very experienced on taking advantage of tourists. It's not possible that the Shopping Mall allows this kind of stores.

I was recently scammed too at this store, nobody seems to care. It is too bad that the mall administration keeps smiling while these thieves scam tourists every day and every hour. I wont ever buy any electronics from any electronics store in any mall, I rather buy them online or in best Buy. There should be a Consumers Warning at the entrance or so, to alert tourists about these thieves.

Guys, fully agree. Just bought a camera lens there for 320$ and found out the local price is only 160$. Price tag was 990$ on the box. Return policy says no price protection and full original packaging. Guess what? When I paid they put the lens on my camera and through away the box! They also told me their price was cheaper than in usual stores in Miami. I got so furious when I discovered the whole thing that I got back to the store. I insulted them and told them I would break everything in their store and would kick their ### if they would not redound me. After 30 minutes arguing loudly with these ###ers I got a 80$ refund.

I was there this week. I walked in twice on different days. The first day I walked in and looked around no one said anything to me. I was there for about 45 seconds (long enough to be acknowledged). Looking back now I realize that they watch you to see if you are an easy target. The second time I went in the store I had ti walk up to a gentleman who was watching me. I told him what I wanted and he pointed me towards the other side of the room. At this time another guy (who was not there before) was already in position. I told him I wanted a telescopic lens for my canon eos camera. The first item he shows me is a lens that had a price tag of $1, 499.00. I was floored at that point and I believe he thought I was easy for the scamming. He immediately said, 'how much you want to spend.' I told him less than $500 so he says, 'I will give ti you for $499.00. Then he goes to show me how it looks on the camera, but he moved so fast and talked so much that I realized that he was trying to hook me. At that point I said I had to talk to my wife who was in a store across from this electronic store. He felt the pressure then I went to $349.99, then $299.00 and lastly he said that I can have it for $250.00. You mean to tell me that a lens that cost $1, 499.00 can be let go fir $250.00. I don't think so. I left and never looked back. When I got back to the hotel I searched the lens and it sells online for around $127.00. I smelt a rat right away.

I agree with everybody above, I was scammed too. I think Sawgrass Mills should ban this shop from the mall because the sellers aren't truthful.

Yeah, I totally agree with you. My friend bought an GPRS today. They charged my friend at $212, when my checked it through the internet, it was only $120! After one hour, he returned to the store, the same words as you said"No return policy""We do not care"... How are we supposed to do? We can not do nothing. right? That means the store broken our rights! We should protect us!

I totally agree with my predecessors. I was looking for a digital camera. They offered me a Nikon Coolpix P500 for more than double the price it would be available in other stores. The price tack on the box is about 500% of other retailer's. To a certain extent I have an understanding for doing business. But this is outrageous. This shop should be thrown out of the mall. My consequence is that I will not be going to the mall as obviously the management allows this type of business politics and I am not sure anymore if other shops do the same.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE! WARNING, TOTAL CONSUMER SCAM GOING ON HERE! SHOULD READ..."WORLD RENOWNED FOR DEFRAUDING CUSTOMERS!" Steer clear of this rip-off electronics store! They mark up their prices (some as much as 1300%) and then claim they are giving you a huge discount to make you feel like you are getting a deal, when in fact you are getting taken big time! My wife (uneducated electronics consumer) bought a few items there for Christmas...when we looked the items up online on Christmas day we were shocked to see the national chain store average prices at up to 13 times cheaper ($200 cost at Electronics Superstore/ $15 cost at Best Buy, etc). Sony Memory Stick at Sony.com cost $49...they charged my wife $200. Computer headset at BestBuy cost $15...they charged $200! Camcorder they charged $600...BestBuy $299...Office Depot $199! **They don't even warn you in advance that nothing can be refunded and all sales are final! As soon as they get your money, you are screwed! WARN YOUR FRIENDS! This store should be out of business! I warn you in advance...don't even give this store a chance to steal from you. ***All their receipts say "NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS, ALL SALES FINAL, etc. TOTAL CONSUMER SCAM GOING ON HERE!
