Spoke with Lydia in customer support twice and got lies from her about shipment. Order was not really shipped because items not in stock. They claimed in was shipped already. Still after 7 days of lies and misrepresentations they have my money and I have nothing. Owner never called me as I requested. Stay away from this company.. took money and got lies in return.

    I emailed Infinigi the 18th of July about a Xantrex C 40 controller that I had trouble with that was not working correctly. On the 23rd of July I recived a new one with out charge or any cost to me. I have nothing but praise for the company. I will deffently pass this on to other friends. Randy

    yes. this company is based on lies and DECEPTION.
    i did receive my product but was a different one that they displayed on their WEB site, soon as i called the wall of excuses and attitude.
    Turns out they can get away with it too since in small letters

    so it is safer to buy anywhere else since they can basically change pricing and product at their leisure without you getting a single courtesy call..

    I had a really good experience with Infinigi. (I was hesitant to place my order after reading the above review about deception/lie). My order was processed in a timely manner, arrived on time and I got exactly what I ordered.

    I had a terrible experience with these bandits. After ordering the SW Windpower Whisper 200 HIGH VOLTAGE by mistake for my uncle, I was told they would waive the RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%, and we would proceed with the ordering of the Whisper 200 Multi Voltage. Well after waiting two weeks for a credit after the return, I was told that in their notes it said they were going to "SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO" about the restocking fee. To make a long story short...I had to pay the RESTOCKING FEE of $432.20 along with two shipping charges. This brought the grand total to roughly $650.00 for a BIG GOOSE EGG! I told them to stick thier products and will never, ever do business with them. I WOULD NEVER, EVER RECOMMEND THESE BANDITS!!!

    I was researching Infinigi before placing an order and found this site. I came back here to state that my experience was exactly the opposite. I find it interesting how a company can be in business for over a decade and still be around if all the above was everyday business. Infinigi communicated the status of the order from beginning to end. When I called they were professional and courteous. I work in sales and am absolutely positive that for every complainer in the world, there are hundreds of satisfied customers. It is just those that make mistakes want to blame someone for their error. Those above look to be just that. That said, I am one of the satisfied customers that decided to speak up. Great Service, Great Communication. I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.

    I plan on purchasing other items for my system and plan to use Infinigi again. If at any point, they don't do as I have said, I will be back to update my post with the facts of my experience.
