iHerb / payment

I ordered first time on July 29, 2018 in the evening. The next morning I got email said they need authorization code. I called my credit card co, they said the charge is pending and authorize but don't have code as that is Iherb part have to call my credit company for merchant code. I chat with Lexter from Iherb, he kept insisting for authorization code and I explained what my credit card company told me. Finally Lexter cancelled my order. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional as I never have problem placing order with any company before. This is a bad lesson and I will remember to not order from Iherb in the future.
