Origani

I recently got to try out the Manuka honey peel and the body butter from Origani and I gotta say, they're pretty amazing. The scent is just heavenly and my skin feels incredibly soft after using them. Definitely a great addition to my skincare routine.

I recently tried out some products from Origani and honestly, I was pretty disappointed. They just didn't seem to do what they were supposed to, and I felt like I'd just thrown my money away. When I reached out to their customer service for some help, I didn't have the best experience either. The reps came off as quite rude and it didn't seem like they knew much about the products they were selling. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

I'm really not happy with the service I got from Origani after I bought their stuff. First off, they said I could swap out my products if there were any issues, but when I had a skin reaction, they wouldn't let me exchange them. Then, when I complained and asked to switch to something else, they didn't really help me out. Instead, they tried to sell me a gadget for half off, which felt like a pretty bad deal to me. Also, I sent back my thermal mask set and somehow they lost it, and they couldn't even tell me why it went missing. Lastly, they told me someone from their team in the Philippines would give me a call within 48 hours, but no one ever did. It's just been a bunch of letdowns.

Bought this device back in May 2019 and after using it a few times in the first month, I noticed the battery wouldn't charge up all the way. The green light comes on, but it only lasts for like 1 or 2 uses, and I only run it for a couple minutes each time. It's been nearly two years and I'm still waiting on them to replace the faulty device, but they just won't do it. Seriously, if you don't wanna throw away your cash and time, I'd say steer clear of buying this. It's just gonna cause you a headache, especially since Origani's customer service is pretty much a joke.
