I Recently bought exclusive rights To a instrumental his company created titled "Wasted" for $100. The contract stated that I will receive The MP3, Wav file and trackouts upon request within 24-72 hours but all I received was the Wav file. I asked for the trackouts multiple times an constantly asked when should they be sent, but he kept saying he'll upload them which he never did. He has never emailed me back ...so basically he breached the contract and has ran off with my cash. This guy is a big scam artist and is a horrible business person. Planning to sue him asap since I am signed with an independent label and take contracts and all business related things serious.
