I ordered movies from this company on line. when I ordered the product it was not listed as "out of stock" so i assumed i would be getting my movies in a timely fashion. After a month of recieving emails telling me the product was out of stock and had not been shipped i contacted the company to cancel my order. the first time i called they kept me on hold so long i had to hang up. The second time they told me their computer system was down and i would have to call them back later. the third time i called they tried to tell me the order was "partially canceled" while they checked to see if it had been shipped already. As i had already recieved an email that day again stating the order had not been shipped and was still out of stock, i knew the order had not been shipped. When i confronted the lady on the phone about the email she backed down and told me they would cancel my order. she said nothing about the "membership" they had enrolled me in without my knowledge. if i had not seen previous complaints against this company on line for this practice i would not have been aware to tell her to cancel my "membership" also. At this time it remains to be seen if they actually did what they told me they would do. I would never recommend this company to anyone and it has made me concerned to order anything like this online again.

    I also orederd a movie from "". I never receieved the movie and one day noticed a charge on my dcredit card for 29.95 and other charges for $1.00. When I called the number, I was told that I had signed up for membership in I told them to cancel my membership immeduiately and requested a refund of November and december membership fees. I was told that I could not get back my novemeber membership but that they would refund December. Not only did they not refund December but they charged me for Ianuary. I have had to put a hold on my credit card to keep them from charging me and when I call, whatever selection I press is "not available at this time." This group needs to be reported to the Better business Bureau and the attourny general.

    Thank you for sharing your experience! It just saved me a lot of aggravation and money. I was just about to order a DVD and wondered how they could have such low prices but thanks to you and others, had to search for the "small print" of how they automatically enroll you into a membership. Clicked on ordering w/o the membership and the prices went up in my shopping cart plus shipping and handling was then added, where b/4 it was free!
