SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Can not receive my product for more then 5 weeks

Can't speak of the quality of the product, (hardwood boards) because I haven't received them yet. Even though I ordered and paid by credit card over 5 weeks ago, all my calls get no results on when it will be shipped. Website says 2 weeks but may never receive.

    Just found out about this complaint now, a year later. Customers' order was actually shipped one day after this was written. We apparently had a hard time obtaining high quality cherry lumber at the time, and would not ship lower quality material. Boards are custom made to order for each customer, and once in a long while, there may be supply problems beyond our control. Customer did not money back, so they wanted to wait.
