[Resolved] GroopDealz / Horrible experience!

I have purchased several items from online store and paid for my order. They took my money right away and two days later I received a strange email from them stating that my order was cancelled because my items were no longer available. I contacted them many times and asked about my money and they said that they already processed a refund! I called my bank and they said that GroopDealz was probably lying because there was no money transferred to my account. What a terrible company! Never buy anything from them!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
