Green star construction isn't the place to go if you need a new roof, for starters the salesman tries to take advantage of senior citizens 2nd stating that allowing them to place there sign in your yard that you wont have to pay the deductable NOT TRUE.
3rd they go back to your ins co for more money .
4th The workmanship is poor poor.

I totally agree. This company asks for money up front and then tells you they can't do your roof because the insurance company isn't paying enough. If they do put your roof on you can aspect a lean letter from they're supplier because they don't pay for the materials that were put on your home. Be ware, they tell you they will give you a free roof for putting a sign in your yard. That's how they get there foot in the door. After that its a big headache for most people.

I so agree! Dont know about the sign, but the taking advantage of senior citizens is oh so true! They also want their
money before they even start work. and when we got another roofing companys opinion that has been around
for many years, they found fault with what they put in the claim to the insurance company. They also threatened to sue us,
senior citizens because we decided not to go with them, claiming they spent time getting our business, so they actually
think thats worth something? Steer clear of these thieves!
Our roof has been done by a great company that didnt need to be paid up front first. A real roofing company knows that if they
arent paid, they take out a Mechanics lien against the homeowner! NEVER pay anyone before you see the materials, or you will
never see the work done.
