I orderd an italian trio sandwhich. I asked the server if they made them fresh, she said she did. I then paid for my order and waited for her to make my sandwhich. She then went to a cooler box and pulled out a premade sandwhich. I then said, you told me you made them fresh! Her reply, "we did make them fresh a couple of hours ago!" the bread on the sandwhich was beyond soggy, it was actually wet, lettuce and tomato were semi frozen, the inferior cold cuts were cut so thin they were almost transparent.
This was the thinnest most disgusting sandwhich I have ever tried to eat! This sandwhich was inedible! At almost $10.00 what a rip off. Your company should be banned from islip airport. Simply put, gross

I'm so glad that I saved the ticket from this place. I asked first for a panini, the machene was broken, no panini. Ok, then I asked for the chicken parm. sunrise bagel
At the SeaTac Airport location, I ordered a Sunrise Bagel and requested ham as my meat choice. I didn't check my order before leaving. I made a special trip out to the N Concourse to get this breakfast sandwich even though my flight was leaving out of the C Concourse. When I got to my gate at the C Concourse and got ready to eat my breakfast sandwich, I opened it to notice that the meat on the sandwich was sausage, not ham, and when I looked at the receipt, the meat noted on it was bacon. I didn't have enough time to go all the way back to the N Concourse to get the problem corrected so I took the sausage off the sandwich and ate it as is. I had to pay extra for a breakfast sandwich with meat on it so besides being really disappointed that the sandwich wasn't prepared as ordered, I paid extra for something I didn't get.
I was traveling through Little Rock, Arkansas and have lunch my service was wonderful, would like to to say Thank You to the two young ladies that helped me Ms. Cody And Ms. Marisa for my great experience for it being my first time through Little Rock, Arkansas
