I ordered a wig over a week ago for $13. 92 total. I have been trying to contact them via phone with no response.

My bank account was debited for $ 13.92 right away and I have not received any correspondence from them. The wig was ordered November 29 2017 at 3.06 PM. I was given an order number R[protected]. SKU JQZJV23GS01 Several times I tried to track my order but was denied access. I don't know if this company ( is legitimate if one) or not, but something needs to be done about their products and policies. I will never order anything from them nor would I recommend them.
