The game went through an update and froze me out, directing me to another site by "REDIRECT" command, which did not work. I called customer support and was directed to reinstall the game to solve the problem. I lost 3 months of in game work and credits both cash bought and earned as the advice started a new account. Gameloft, please hire competent people to give advice for your games as it seems there are so many problems with freezing and chat and on and on... Now I have lost money because of your incompetence I have no further use for you, way to treat customers Gameloft.

    Game is not loading. only loads to 11% then says "online service connection error if problem persists please contact customer care". all other games still load and internet is fine . so why only this game?
