Gameloft march of empires

Scott Croly = player name IP*MAN* -Realm 158 - [protected] (ticket number) please help me sort this issue, this is my lvl 28 account on march of empires. when i re installed after a service issue i was taken to a lvl 1 castle that opens up when i try to play MOE, i have previously asked MOE to allow me access to my account several times = i open MOE and i get a new account from scratch. i have e-mailed several times to customer care and still no response. 2 days and several hours later my castle is still the same please give me access to my original account which i could not access due to your 11% service error. i have been ignored on facebook and again by e-mail, please help i have been playing for over 3 months solid i haven't missed a day i am distraught with this issue as i don't want to lose all my progress, money and hard work. i have screen shots of all the aforementioned if required. please help Thanks Scott Croly

i have already tried posting on facebook and also replying to the e-mail sent to see if i was satisfied with the previous problem- no response. i was not compensated for the previous issue which took 4 days = far too long and resulted in my losing progress and most of my army being attacked and killed.please respond quickly.

Gameloft spiderman unlimited

I've been a player of this game for over 4 years, and recently reinstalled it only to find out I lost the majority of the characters and upgrades. Granted, the social media account I had was compromised and the data that was connected to it, however I also had my data linked to Google games as well at the time. I have tried countless times to have this issue resolved only to be spoken rudely to most of the time, or I simply couldn't get an answer. After I sunk about $100 into it, I expected some sort of solution or compromise but no. By far the worst game company, right next EA.

I and many other people are locked out of our accounts right now because of an issue with your server.Iam going to once again lose alot of resources as well as troops because of this when my shield drops.please do your job and fix this issue there are continuous problems with this app loss of gold being kicked during events and not being able to log on.meaaage board constantly freezing as well as translator.your company makes enough money to fix issues and keep subscribers satisfied

Gameloft world at arms

I have just been banned from this game for no reason.2 years ago my account would not load it said can not connect.. I was stuck like this for 2 years... After some time of working on my problem game loft finally got my account to work. When I got my account back I had unlimited tanks and power ups, wich I thought was my compensation. Now I logged in the other day my tanks and power ups where gone, no big deal I thought. Then I logged on 2 hours later to find out ive been banned. If you could please lidt thus banned and it would be nice to get my tanks and power ups back. If you do decide to give my stuff back please make note of this so I dont get banned again for no reason thank you

Gameloft asphalt games (nitro, airborne, xtreme and legends titles)

Greetings Gameloft.
This complaint regards the quality of latest Asphalt game series.
The problem is this : you pay developers for fake speed in your Asphalt games, and inaccurate stats for cars.
There is also the stupid drift low turning radius when it comes to handling.
I hope you're not dumb or careless when you have feedback.

Not the [censored] where we have acrobatic cars. I mostly hate the horizontal 360° jumps !

Gameloft gameloft app game

This company have stolen over $800 from me. They refuse to provide receipts and refund the money and they are lying to me. I never authorized these transactions and they continued to take money, draining my account every day. I have reported them to the FTC. Please do not use Gameloft games. They are a scam.

Every phone number they have listed on their website does not work and they do not respond to submissions on their customer services submission page.

I had to go to linkedIn and try to get someone to respond.

This company needs to be looked into. They are immoral and uncaring and they will steal your money.

Gameloft marches of empires

In the game of Marches of Empires you write down that your inapp purchase start from₹10/-... but there is no such pack I found only pack is of ₹399/- ..mean almost 40 times.. is it kind of joke.. please set SEVARAL pack like ₹10/- ... ₹20/- ... ₹30/- ... ₹50/- .. ₹100/- ..₹150/-... ₹200/- ... ₹250/-... ₹300/- ₹349/-

Which all packs for lots of speed up.. resources... and gold..

If you not enter ₹10/- packs for all 3.. on a daily basis .. the game will not be popular in INDIA..

Gameloft sniper fury

I was banned with out reason using only items from market and boosts from game regularly ones, response from customer care don't make my understand the problem and problem still occur.
Please tell my if i'm banned for 2 weeks, forever, or will be fixed any way i loose progress i this time and why i was banned?
If can't understand why how can avoid happen again?

Gameloft paddington endless run

On 2/18/18 my computer crashed and had to be reset to factory settings.(H.P. Case ID#[protected]-Hewlett Packard Tech Support [protected]). The reset was finalized on 2/21/18. I had to reinstalled all personal data and apps
that did not come with computer when first purchased. This included GameLoft Paddington™ Run, The first day was fine. My game score and settings were restored. The next day I received the following: Dear Player,

Gameloft unauthorized charges on my phone bill

I would like to put a claim in for a full refund on charges that I recently noticed on my phone bill that occurred in August and September 2017 for several Spider Man games or in app purchases/ subscriptions by Gameloft.
I was charged on one of my mobile numbers for premium txt messages charges by Gameloft totaling 1227.74 CZK.
Google account name:
"Firecomet 366"

I am not aware about downloading these games and I was never notified about this prior the charge was made.
As you can see in the history of purchases starting on 8/20/17 with the game The Amazing Spiderman and following with 2 charges on September 2nd and especially several repeated charges for same game on September 3rd.

I would like to be reimbursed for all of the charges totaling 1227.74 CZK.

Gameloft hanging of game in between

I have a complain about game Modern Combet 5:Blackout, in this when I open the game every time it hangs after 5 minute I opened it weather I am on battle (it also deduct my points and when it starts working it says"disconected from the server") or selecting weapons it every time hangs such that it can not go foreword without without hanging. All my PC is working and no problem in wi-fi also but the game only freezes

Gameloft mc5

I have had a problem with mc5 for the longest, ever since I downloaded it three years ago. It started acting up and every time I get to another level it goes down to the sale level I was on before It went up or it goes down like two levels or it sometimes freezes and my VIP is froze it was suppose to go up but it never did. And then when I buy combat packs and armour packs, and whatever kind of packs it gives me the item I already have. Like for example the werewolf gloves I have but it gives me it again though I already have it, so I never get a chance to get and parts of the other and new armours that I don't have. And It takes my credits away and when I earn then it like gives me less than what I'm suppose to have. Av! Just lots of problems OK. My level should be 140 and I should be a veteran right now. Also I should have all the suits and guns with all I've done. Also when I'm like playing a game, let's say c. T. F, when I'm done playing it goes right back to loading weapons data and It takes a long time to load, and I al sick of waiting. My user name on mc5 is Ahava and my dogtag is Fdf66d.

Gameloft n.o. v. a 3

Please can you all update this game I really would love to start back playing nova 3 freedom edition. It say the game is not updated. I can't download it so please fix it. It's says developer of this app needs to update it to work with IOS 11. Again please update Nova 3. I love this fave online and offline but please don't change anything I love talking through the mic with my teammates. This is truly the best game I have ever played.

Gameloft asphalt 8: airborne

I am Shriram Giridhara, and today (12/9/17), I was playing my favorite game, Asphalt 8, and I exited the game after farming a lot of credits for the ongoing Enduro Double Down for the Corvette GS. When I opened the game again, something weird happened. I had a negative amount of credits. Specifically, -916, 522, 676 credits. I am not sure if this is a glitch or something, but I had about 3 million credits to start with. I would really like to have back my credits since I was not able to spend any credits.

Just to clarify, I did not use any kind of hacking tool to do this. It happened in between the opening and closing of the game.

My username is Shriram G. Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshots of my account before this happened since it was very unexpected.

Gameloft march of empires

The game went through an update and froze me out, directing me to another site by "REDIRECT" command, which did not work. I called customer support and was directed to reinstall the game to solve the problem. I lost 3 months of in game work and credits both cash bought and earned as the advice started a new account. Gameloft, please hire competent people to give advice for your games as it seems there are so many problems with freezing and chat and on and on... Now I have lost money because of your incompetence I have no further use for you, way to treat customers Gameloft.

Game is not loading. only loads to 11% then says "online service connection error if problem persists please contact customer care". all other games still load and internet is fine . so why only this game?

Gameloft I am complaining about blitz bridge I got banned for no reason

My name is Tyler Smith and iam complaing about blitz bridge. They banned me on 11-20-17 at 11:30 or so that I know of my phone number is [protected] my email is [protected]@gmail.com I have had that account for 2-4 years I have spent a lot of money on that game about at least $45 or more please unbanned me. I need to have my account to normal I did not do any hacks or cheats. I love this game and planing on spending more money. I am planing on spending $100 but if this problem is not solved I can't. Gameloft asphalt 8 airborne

Over the past week I've been having issues with this app. My car is not turning right and I've been having legging issues. This all occurred after the last update. I've paid money for this game, and would like some kind of compensation for the inconvenience of not being able To play. I'm trying to get my rating up in multiplayer mode and cannot do that due to steering issues. I don't care if it's coins in the game or blue chips or whatever but something would be nice.
