This company "Forever Lasting Gardens" owner "Norberto Paita" is a fraud. Mr. Paita has a criminal record and is currently on 4 years probation for abusing a company credit card belonging to a landscape company. Mr. Paita has a consumer complaint on angie's list for taking consumers money and running. In addition, he is not licensed to perform a service he offers. Recently, Mr. Paita has a pending court case for this type of action. Also, I am a consumer that has fallen victim to Mr. Paita and his company based on his advertisement and have contracted legal services to recover damages over $16, 000.00 done by Mr. Paita "Forever Lasting Gardens." This individual should not be allowed to advertise such services that he is being sued for. His webpage is very misleading and should be eliminated.

Hello: I just happened upon this e-mail to my wife. I do not know the details of this complaint as it was business that my wife conducted. I never met the individual and therefore can not judge the contract between them. I do know that my wife was quite ill over the last two years and passed this last November. I wish you luck with your project.

Best Regards
Joe
