I received a pair of shoes I ordered today and I was charged postage, and the catalog I ordered from was supposed to be postage free for any item over $49. My shoes were $69.99. I was supposed to enter a code into the order form (on-line) to get free postage, and I did that numerous times, being told that I had the wrong code. I copied it from the back page of the catalog. At one point, it seemed to accept the code I entered, so I ordered. I discovered that I've been charged $12.99 for postage and I think it should be refunded. When I spoke to a customer service agent, she said her supervisor said I should have called them at the time of the order. I don't think I did anything wrong - they should refund my money. I will never order from them again.
