I spent over twenty minutes on the phone getting transferred around about a very simple order that I placed online. I ordered a Sedu and the product arrived crushed. Folica told me they would send a new one out and would file a complaint with UPS. I never got a replacement and my card was charged. I called twice since then and sent one email. I am really getting sick and tired of this and I would like to get a call back from a manager that can remedy this situation. I am not pleased at all. I am surprised allows these sorts of problems to exist

    They told me they couldnt find my order when I purchase a Solia flat iron. So, naturally I place another order thinking I made the mistake. WELL, I ended up getting charged twice for 2 flat irons. Customer Service sucks. How can you NOT find our orders when we give you all of our information. Worthless
