FADED GLORY BRAND CLOTHING HAS POOR QUALITY PRODUCT.
MYSELF AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN WAL-MART CUSTOMERS FOR MANY MANY YEARS. IN THAT TIME WE HAVE PURCHACED LOTS OF FADED GLORY BRAND CLOTHING. IN RECENT YEARS HOWEVER, THE FADED GLORY BRAND QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN.
I PURCHASE TWO PAIR OF FADED GLORY JEANS AND THE THIRD TIME I WORE THEM THE SIDE SPLIT OUT, ON BOTH PAIR. MY FATHER HAS HAD THE SAME FATE WITH SEVERAL PAIRS OF HIS FADED GLORY BLUE JEANS.
I HAVE ALSO BOUGHT MY NEPHEW A PACKAGE OF BOYS FADED GLORY UNDERWEAR. THE FIRST TIME HE PUT THEM ON THE ELASTIC RIPPED AWAY. I RETURNED THAT PACKAGE TO HAVE THE REPLACEMENT UNDERWEAR DO THE VERY SAME THING. I RETURNED THE UNDERWEAR FOUR TIMES AND HAD THE SAME RESULT BEFORE I FINALLY ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK TO BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND.
WE BUY FADED GLORY BRAND FOR THE REASONABLE PRICES, AND BECAUSE OF THAT WE ARE ALSO USED TO THEM WEARING OUT A LITTLE BIT FASTER THAN A HIGHER PRICED ITEM. BUT WE HAVE ALSO BEEN ABLE TO GET A COUPLE YEARS WORTH OF USE OF THE CLOTHING. HAVING THE CLOTHING FALL APART THE VERY FIRST TIME IT IS WORE IS AN OUTRAGE! IF THIS CONTINUES WE MAY FEEL THE NEED TO SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR A BRAND WE CAN TRUST TO LAST AT LEAST A YEAR.

I have bought the faded glory short sleeve shirts for $3 to $5 a piece. All of them are 1 to 6 months old and have little tiny holes that are forming in the middle of the shirt. I have always liked faded glory and bought it over the years. I feel the reason they are so cheap is because of how they are made. Walmart has to make their money some how, so I guess if they can sell and make it cheap, then they will eventually make their money. I look at as a sales tactic. I don't agree with it and if I want some cheap shirts to just do outside work on the farm or painting with the kids, then I would use these cheaper clothes.
I believe that this brings the value and popularity of the faded glory clothing reputation down and sure no one wants to buy them, but it is still cheap and if you know going in that these clothes will not stay together long, then everyone will be able to make a conscious choice to either buy it or not.
In Texas, there are thrift stores that have really nice clothes that stay together longer than the faded glory clothes.

The only jeans I wear are Levi's 501 blues which, I note with amusement, are made in Mexico-at least the pair I am currently wearing. I do buy Faded Glory polo shirts for work and church. I really like the shirts and they seem to last. My blue one is a little faded because it is several years old now, but I only paid $7 each for these at Wal-Mart. When the shirt looks too bad, I will just spend seven more dolars to replace. I look forward to buying more clothing with the Faded Glory name.

I bought two pairs of Faded Glory Jeans. I've had them a few months but don't wear them that often as they have gotten big on me. A few weeks ago I was sitting down on my sofa and the jeans I was wearing ripped along the left side front pocket a few inches. Last night I was wearing my second pair of Faded Glory jeans and again was sitting down on the sofa only to have them rip in the same location as the first pair. Again I don't wear these jeans often and now I am out two pairs of jeans. I am very disappointed as I have jeans that are older then these two and I have warn them more often and have had no problem with them. These jeans seem to be made of thinner materials and am highly disappointed in the quality. I will be more careful in the furture to buy other brands other then faded glory.

I have been wearing faded glory for years. I recently bought a pair of jeans and they are completely falling apart after only a few months. I might have gotten 15 wears out of them before the pockets started fulling away exposing small holes and exposing my underwear. After a few more wears they are too bad to wear in public. I am a 36 year old pastor and wear my jeans only casually and I am not ruff on them.

What is the world coming to. I went to walmart today and bought my THREE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER a pack of under wear. The underwear was faded glory. I opened the pack and found they were bikini underwear. WHAT THE HELL. My daughter is three, the size is four. Yes kids are growing up faster these days but what in the world is going on when a three year old is wearing bikini underwear. I GUESS THE NAME IS CORRECT FADED GLORY. Common sence and morrals are deffinately fading...scarey to let my daughters grow up in this society

You get what you pay for. You can go to Kohls, Old Navy, Farm and Fleet, and outlet stores and find great jeans for the same price..* I always find them less* then what you pay for at Walmart and they LAST

I bought a Faded Glory t-shirt about 3 years ago. I love it! It was the first time I ever bought clothing from WalMart. I was impressed! I went to the store today to buy another one, and the fabric is COMPLETELY different! It's cheaper quality, and thinner - practically see-through. This was a huge disappointment!

I wish American companies would stop sending our jobs overseas! People here are hurting so badly. WE need jobs! But big corporate America has to export all our jobs to foreigners, and it's wrong! They are the reason why America is in a recession and Americans are losing homes because they can't get jobs because they're all given to freekin' foreigners, and it's hogwash!

i am a women who has always bought mens faded glory jeans for work, and i could always count on them lasting at least a year. recently i purchased 4 pair and out of the 4 pair 3 are defective. i agree the quality has really gone downhill. the one pair was really loose and i like it that way for work and when i sat down the button popped off, the other pair the zipper messed up the 3rd time i wore them, and the 3rd pair was not the size it said it was ( ya this is my fault because i did not try them on, but tried on one pair and matched numbers so you would assume they were the same.)

Hello,

When I first came accross Faded Glory clothing, I thought they were unique with the extra pocket on the left leg; the stars in the front pockets; the two belt loops close together in the back and the heavy weight of the fabric. So I bought a pair and found it to be a very comfortable jean pant.
After a couple of years, I noticed the stars were gone.
Some time after that, I noticed the crotches were wearing thin faster.
The material was becoming cheaper.
I have an old pair of faded Faded Glory that was at the bottom of the pile in the bottom drawer I havent worn for over a year. I put them on and WOW, what a differance! With what they are selling now, the quality is by far superior in the old jeans; like Levi's used to be.
It is a hit and miss on getting a good jean that will last with the FG co.
Well, that's my view on the new and improved Faded Glory jean.
I still buy them, but for how much longer...?

Hi, I am sorry about your experience with the clothing. I came upon this site when trying to find the company's address. I just sent them a letter telling them that I will Never buy jeans other than Faded Glory. I purchased my first pair(yes I am a lady who Hates trying on and buying jeans) on a rack at Walmart for $3 I did not try them on in the store for fear I would not get the size 8's on or off in the dressing room . I feared having an employee have to peel them off. Well I finally tried them at home. They fit perfectly and I have never received so many compliments EVER on how slimming they made my look. Now that is worth a million dollars esp. since I generally ALWAYS have to buy at least a 12 in designer brands. They are by far the best quality jeans I have ever worn and god I can call them my"skinny jeans" Karen

Faded glory products are not made in USA only maybe 5%
Only 5 percent of the Faded Glory products sampled were American-made; 95 percent hailed from sweatshop nations like Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, and Mexico.
