This lawyer barely discussed our case but rather his personal life: how he hated the winter weather, the price of gas, how smart he is, how he ended up taking law, and most of all - HOW HIS DIVORCED WIFE GOT HALF OF HIS WEALTH.
I should have charged him for being venting his personal life just how he OVERCHARGED me with his typical I-want-all-your-moolah-and-I-will-suck-you-dry fees.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree with you 100% he is probably the worst lawyer i have ever met... All he ever did was talk about his divorce and his daughters eating problems. Never gave me any information as to what was happening with my claim, Never returned calls, and never returned emails. His licence has been suspended now and i have to look for a new lawyer. In searching for a new lawyer i found out that he didn’t take the proper steps in filing my claim and now a new lawyer has to do twice the work because my claim should have been finalized within the first 24 months of my accident. It took him 5 years to do nothing and hope for the best. I hope nobody ever has to deal with this man, because he will lead you a stray to cover that he has no clue as to what he is doing.
