We received Literally the last row in the not-soled out auditorium...we paid more than double the orchestra cost and got the worst seats in the house!Went to see Jake Shimabikuro at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, had friends buy the tickets.

Wanted to buy 6 tickets... were forced to buy 7 tickets by the Event Ticket Center. They said they could only sell 5 or 7 tickets as a group. Was guaranteed to be good seats...

paid $48 a ticket plus $13 handling fee per ticket and received the $20 seats. Literally..

at the show the seats were still being sold for $20.

Will NEVER use this aweful company again

People, don’t buy from the website www.eventticketscenter.com. I ordered two tickets for the concert, and the price was about $200, but when I proceeded to pay, it turned out that the whole sum was $389. How was it possible? Of course, they didn’t communicate and no idea how to cancel the order and get money back. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I found out the eventticketscenter.com website, which offered tickets for different events. I bought tickets to some festival, but they haven’t delivered them. I tried to contact them, but they ignored my phone calls and emails. Later I found out that they overcharged me, and the price of the tickets is smaller than this seller offers you. The seller is simply a fraud, who steals money and time.

I bought two tickets to a concert through Event Tickets Center. I only discovered now that we were expecting tickets 7-10 days before the event. I called the given number to find there was no such number. I was very disappointed to find the company went bust. I could cry!
