Empowr — unauthorized payment from my paypal account debit card

Today Nov. 27, 2017 Empowr withdrew $100. from my PayPal account. I have a brand new debit card that I never submitted to Empowr. I have never used this Empowr thing since I signed up. A few months ago they deducted $25. from my Paypal account that was also unauthorized by me. I have contacted my so-called coach about this, I have written emails, and called them using the phone number I found. I had to leave a voicemail but do not expect to hear back from them. In their Terms of Conditions, it says you can cancel anytime but emailing support. I have done that too to no avail. Now I have deleted my account and time will tell if they still attempt to take money through PayPal.
