Emporium.comI cancelled my order but didn't get a refund

I have an issue and I need it to get resolved as soon as possible. I ordered something from and cancelled my order the same day. Customer service said that I'll get a refund within a couple of days but they were not sure how long would it actually take. After one week of waiting I contacted them again and was ignored.
I was this company to be investigated and after I read all the reviews I believe that they are nothing but scammers. I'm still waiting my money and there is no information from Emporium.
