Hi All,
I have been working in this company for one years in production. I experience that this company management like to take picture if they found something is not right is he try spread it become a big issue. They are not after taking picture conduct a meeting with the head of department think simple way to solved the issue. I think this Micro Management way to do things. This type of company please beaware because the HR Department also not neutral they will site management. Whatever Singapore management ask them to do or fired a person they will do they are not concern on the local Labour law and procedure need to be followed. We already work for more than one year nothing they appreciate just only know how to complaint and always things cannot done blame on Malaysian worker. This I can 100 percent confirm Singaporean treat Malaysian like Bangla worker. Please take note dont work in this company. You will regret. If you don't believe may try.

To whom wrote the complaint and used my name, please stop it! Actually you not helping me you are creating more worse . i can make police report they will search in TMnet to find out who posted. I give you 3 days to remove all for sake. i know you wrote it to help you and others in future they won't simply terminate . History forever history don't do any silly complaint again. i'm glad to worked with EMSB unfortunately not long. For my passed experience EMSB still my best choice best management i ever knew . Although i no more with EMSB we still can be friend and exchange opinion. Don't blaming especially our HR neither superior and top management they finding the correct procedure into right tracks, if you knew they doing wrong bring up your opinion, your pass experience or give them the guide line. Be bearer in mind you still works with EMSB your family need your support. Complaint and blaming culture won't help anything more important is tolerance, hard working and team works. Remember of work in one roof no matter what kind of races work as one family. Maybe my fate not with EMSB but my life still have to go on complaint make you drop your reputation and uneasy to find for another job. So to remind you again if you my friend remove all the complaint and best of your luck.
