Empire Manufacturing/ Empire International / New HR Manager Disclose the Staff Salary
The new HR manager Aileen Low Lee Hoon joined this company with the motive to mess up the company. She knows the company has serious politic issues at top management. She wants the manager and executive level staff also have conflicts and politics. She purposely shares all the staff salary list in share folder where everybody can view each other salary. It is ridiculous! She created the story that ex IT manager hacked her laptop and she doesn’t know about the list been shared. With this reason management closed the case? Disclose of confidential information is part of major misconduct in most of the company. Why management can pretend nothing happen? Why there is no action taken towards this careless and unprofessional HR manager? Management ever think about seriousness about this negligence? How can I continue to get support from my colleagues? How am I going to stay in this company if everybody are comparing the salary and keep mention my salary is the highest? Why management never think about the impact of our future due to this disclosure? Show us the action!
