I bought a Bissel vacuum cleaner less than 7 months ago it was faulty and took it back for repairs and when they called for collection the machine wasn't fixed so had to take it back to the store again! Very inconveniencing right the worst part is getting to call th customer service who aren't helpful at all and saying they will call back and they don't bother! It's been almost a month that the Machine is there with them this is very disappointing and frustrating I am at all not happy with the service
