eHost / Billing issues

Used their service and they billed me two times! When I contacted eHost customer service they said there was nothing they could do and recommended me to close my account! I said that I was planning to use their service in the future and that I want too keep the account, and that the only thing I really want from them is some help and support. They said that there was probably some kind of mistake with the payment but they are unable to help. What kind of support is that? These people are beyond ridiculous and they did everything to get rid off a customer. No reputable company does that!
