Purchased an item on walmart.com being sold by ecop and on Oct 6 2017 USPS tracking says preshipment sent but item not received. So I call ecop not expecting anyone to answer but Lisa did who by the way is the most arrogant unprofessional person ever. She said their was nothing she could do except wait 14 days from today Oct 19th then submit a claim to USPS because it was them who lost it. She said that she couldn't issue refund and couldn't resend item because they sent the original item which USPS says they never received the item only preshipment info. When asked to speak to a supervisor her response was that they were all in a meeting and that Alex would return my call. If he's called you he's called me. Now when I call all I can do is leave a message or email them and the email comes back undeliverable. The item was only $11 But still this company took my money well stole my money and it looks like they do this a lot
