Re account no [protected]

I have been charged twice in November but received nothing. I reinstated my payment on 27/10/2018 and advised of my updated address. I was sent an email on 31/10 advising the package was being sent to my old address so contacted Eaglemoss and was advised you have my updated address on the system and the package would be resent. I received nothing despite chasing several times.

I received an email about the next order being sent to the correct address on 24/11 at which point I requested cancellation after that order. I was billed on 27/11 and haven't received that parcel either.

I have now sent 5 emails requesting a refund and have been completely ignored. I find the customer service horrendous and would like to complain about the poor service I have received and a full refund along with compensation for you drawing money from my account and holding that money without delivering the service promised.
