Dr. Tami Mayers review: pharmacy - lomas santa fe, solana beach, ca

Vons has transferred our local pharmacist that has served our family for nearly 12 years. Her name is Dr. Tami Mayers. At first, I thought it just a temporary transfer, however, now I am told she is permanently assigned to the Rancho Bernardo, CA store. Our family has relied on her advice and her assistance with insurance and other issues and now she is not there and we do not care for her replacement. With so many other pharmacies nearby, it will be no effort to switch to another location. I urge you if you care at all about customer satisfaction, friendly, competent and professional employees that you will transfer Dr. Mayer back to the Solana Beach Pharmacy. One very big consideration is that my wife is a referring physician and will no longer refer her patients to the Solana Beach Pharmacy.
If there were a problem with the Rancho Bernardo Pharmacy staff, please do not transfer them to Solana Beach. Good managers know better than to transfer problem employees. Properly train, supervise and counsel them and if that fails, terminate their employment. I suspect this was the case as you made a direct swap of the two staffs and I have been going to the Solana Beach pharmacy for about 35 years and have been taken care of by Dr. Mayer for about 12.
I will look elsewhere in the neighborhood for a good pharmacist if you decide not to do the right thing. That likely means our family will also do our grocery shopping somewhere else.
