"BEWARE". Don't get caught, I Learned The Hard Way.
In May of 2009 The Law Firm of Donahue Ramadan, PLC cashed my check for $2695.00 as payment to have my home mortgage loan modified.
I was informed that, "from this point on it was all in the hands of the Professionals", (so was my money) and that I should not contact my Mortgage Company, " leave that to The Experts".
The weeks and months went by and all I heared was to "be patient, as these things take time". Then, it was bought to my attention by another source that Donahue Ramadan, PLC was in actual fact not working on my case. On answering one of the many calls from my mortgage company, i learnt that they had not heard from this Law Firm Donahue Ramadan, PLC and that my mortgage account was now in 'Foreclosure'.
Needless to say i contacted the SCAM artist attornies, "DEMANDING my money back and if not i would be exposing them". To my disgust their reply was, "Sorry, we are unable to return your money". They went on to ask me what information my Bank had given, in order that they, after all this period, could begin working on my case.!
Now with imminent homelessness, i have to attempt to find a honest Attorney or Law Firm to assist me.
DONAHUE RAMADAN, PLC Law Firm no longer accepts or return my calls, and would you believe, has not returned my $2695.00. "Unscrupulous".

I too was a victim of this law firm. Donahue Ramadan PLC was an affiliate of a Loan Modification company called SAVE MY HOME USA that was eventually shut down and investigated for fraudulent practices. I'm still trying to figure out how this law firm is continuing to practice and allowed to continue and scam homeowners who are looking for help in order to avoid foreclosure on their homes. The Michigan Attorney General has been informed of this company and this law firm and it's unscrupulous practices, but no one seems to have received any assistance with getting refunds of the thousands of dollars they spent. What's worse is the fact that this company was originally recommended by the BBB with a recognition score of "A", but that score was eventually downgraded to an "F" due to so many unresolved consumer complaints. In addition, the law firm's website is no longer active and phone calls are either ignored or not returned.
