I ordered a Hovercraft using a voucher that I purchased through Eversave. I paid nearly 40$. The Hovercraft arrive in TAPED box, which had clearly been opened previously. The decals were smudged as if rubbed. The AC adapter was completely busted exposing all of the inner wires. Finally, the Hovercraft did not work! It won’t move on carpet at all. It will only move (barely) on the wood floor – it’s supposed to move 20 kilometers per hour. There is a large hole in the air bag part.

While the prices are competitive and quite good, they do not tell you that the items come from China. This is fine, if you are happy with your items, but if there is a problem that they don’t see as being their fault-size, don’t like it when you receive it, etc. It is your responsibility to return it at your own cost-to China. This can be very expensive depending on what it is you are returning. Somewhere in the $45.00 range, if it is over 4 pounds.

Honestly, I don’t think this is fair, because this very expensive. It sort of defeats the purpose of the price. They should pay for return shipping as well if you are not happy with your items. I will not be buying from them in the future.

I contacted DinoDirect about all of this and they will not replace my product. They will only give me a gift card unless I want to PAY the shipping to have this item shipped back to them. THEN, I can submit a request for my refund. This is absolutely asinine. I will never do business with this company again. This is absolutely unacceptable and I consider it a scam. I will be reporting to appropriate agencies.”

    I purchased a tablet, It took three weeks to get here. Than it wouldn't turn on. I contacted them.They wanted a video but the link wouln't work. They won't give me the address to send it back.

    The same thing happened to me! They won't return my emails ! What did you do in the end? Did u get a refund?

    Dear Dinodirect,
    On 23 june 2012 I ordered a Car camera (order nr: A8849587-DD) item: SKU A152900GBR. In emails sent to your website has come to no conclusion. The camera did not come with a SD card which I understood, however having received the item I inserted a SD card which did NOT click into place and therefore the unit can not be used!! I have asked for a refund but got NO reply!! I fail to understand that DinoDirect is handling its customers this way! The only reply I received was telling me that the camera did not include a SD card! For heavens sake your people either cant read English or are hopeless to handle complaints from your customers. Your Return Policy states that the item should be returned within 45 days and because I can not get a proper reply and your people delaying this it could go well beyond the 45 days!! So would you be so kind to reply me with RMA number (which failed to be obtained through your website) so I can return the item... Thanks - David

    I have place an order with you on the 14/10/12 number X5990583-DD FOR 1 COAT and 5 DREESES
    I only got my coat but not the dresses what happened to my dreeses you have taken my money for over $290 dollars.
    You can not take some ones money and deliver only one thing.
    I need my garments or you need to refund me my money at once.
    I had a previous problem with you before but i wanted to giver you guys one more chance.
    That is really bad.
    A want my money back i don't want to make this really ugly for you and go public.

    I ordered a package from DinoDirect on the 05th Dec 2014. It has been more than 2 months and I still have not received the package. I have logged 3 complaints on their website and nothing has been done to resolve this.
