Digital Planet — Excuses upon excuses
So I have reported this previously, nothing has happened since after my first complaint In the meanwhile, Digital Planet conveniently lost my cd and manuals. Sony is now involved and called to say that they will replace my cd and manuals and collect on Friday 25th September. Digital Planet called and said they will try to get a swap of unit then they send me and email stating that the the camera i have is discontinued and they'll give me a refund
I have no clue what is going on - i have three different versions. I have no clue which is the correct one and have absolutely no idea what is going on and what they plan to do. This is now reaching the 2 month mark I have never wanted anything but a working camera. I have never asked for more than that.
Now I am demanding some service and compensation as this has gone a bit too far!!!
