I will never deal with you again. You have to train your employees harder because the way they treat customers is absolutely unacceptable.
My issue is that my order never arrived and I called them to notify them about it and to ask what happened. Instead of an answer, I was said that it was my fault that I ordered an item without an expedited shipping. And all I have to do is to wait and stop bothering them with little things.
I was shocked. I hung up the phone and was just thinking why I deserved the tone like this. It's terrible. I hope this man will be fired soon.
